The 2024 Toyota bZ4X is engineered for thrills with electrifying performance. The new Toyota bZ4X’s e-TNGA platform structure provides a solid foundation for a powerful electric motor with almost instantaneous torque. The bZ4X offers a 201-hp single-motor Front-Wheel Drive setup or an available 214-hp dual-motor setup with All-Wheel Drive capability to give you more confidence. Included with AWD, X-MODE adjusts drive force, braking and throttle input for impressive performance in tougher conditions, and the AWD variant delivers up to 248 lb-ft of torque and an acceleration time of 6.5 seconds. Plus, Regenerative Braking with Boost Mode will recapture lost energy while coasting and help slow you down.
The 2024 Toyota bZ4X’s XLE grade is rated for an EPA-estimated range of up to 252 miles with FWD and up to an estimated 228 miles of range with AWD, while Limited gets an estimated range of up to 236 miles with FWD and up to 222 miles with AWD. All bZ4X models are equipped with a J1772/CCS1 connector for Level 3 DC fast charging as well as Level 1 and Level 2 AC charging. The 7.6 kW onboard charger can charge from low battery light to full in about 9.5 hours with a Level 2 charger at 240V, while Level 2 charging provides approximately 20 miles of range per hour of charge and can fully charge the battery when plugged in overnight.
